A metallic foil is applied to the carton surface using heat and pressure — creating a striking, high-end finish available in gold, silver, holographic, and custom coloured foils. The result is unmissable on shelf and communicates luxury instantly.
Hot Foiling
A die is pressed onto the carton surface, pushing the material upward to create a raised, three-dimensional effect. Embossing adds tactile depth and a premium feel that communicates quality before the product is even opened.
Embossing
A high-gloss UV coating is applied selectively to specific areas of the carton. The contrast between the glossy spot and the matte background creates a striking visual effect that draws the eye precisely where intended — logos, imagery, or key product information.
Spot UV
A specialised varnish technique where a repelling agent prevents UV coating from bonding in selected areas — resulting in a surface where matte and gloss zones exist simultaneously in a single pass. The contrast creates a distinctive, tactile texture unique to this technique.
Dripoff
A premium liquid coating applied to the entire printed surface and instantly cured using ultraviolet light. Available in two distinct finishes — Gloss UV for a vibrant, reflective shine that enhances colour depth, and Matte UV for a smooth, non-reflective, elegant look ideal for luxury packaging.
Gloss / Matte UV
A thin protective film is applied over the printed carton surface — enhancing both appearance and durability. Available in Gloss Lamination for vivid, eye-catching colour enhancement, and Matte Lamination for a refined, understated look that conveys sophistication.
